These terms and conditions govern your use of BetPro ID Pakistan's services. By using our website, WhatsApp service, or creating a betpro id through us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. You may also want to review our privacy policy regarding your data.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. By creating an account or securing a betpro id in pakistan through us, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you are not prohibited from using betting services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

2. Our Service

We are a verified intermediary dealer for the BetPro Exchange platform (operating as BPExch). Our service includes: facilitating account creation, processing deposits through Pakistani payment methods, facilitating withdrawals, and providing customer support. We do not operate the betting platform itself.

3. Account Creation and Use

• You must provide accurate, current, complete information during sign up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it to another person.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made through the verified payment methods we provide. Deposits to unverified accounts will not be credited. Withdrawals are processed to the original deposit source as a security measure. Withdrawal limits, processing times, and verification requirements are detailed on our deposit guide page. Large withdrawals may require CNIC verification as required by the BetPro network.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the platform
• Use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Resell our service or act as a sub-dealer without explicit written authorization
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts other users' experience

6. Fees and Pricing

We do not charge fees for account creation, deposits, or withdrawals through our service. Standard platform commissions on winnings (typically 2-5%) are charged by the BetPro Exchange platform, not by us. Your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may charge their own transaction fees, which we do not control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetPro ID Pakistan is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your betting activity (you bet at your own risk)
• Platform downtime, market suspensions, or technical issues on the BetPro Exchange platform
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by you
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or are subject to legal directives. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases requiring immediate action. You may close your account at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, first contact us via WhatsApp to attempt informal resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be governed by Pakistani law and submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.

10. Responsible Gambling

Betting carries financial risk. We are committed to responsible gambling and encourage all users to bet only what they can afford to lose. See our responsible gambling page for tools and resources.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our WhatsApp channel and updated on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
