BetPro Admin Panel Walkthrough: What Dealers and Masters See
The BetPro admin panel (also called the BetPro exchange panel, dealer panel or master panel) is the back office behind every ID. The BetPro admin panel is where dealers and masters create accounts, move balance, read statements and manage exposure for everyone below them. It has six working screens — Users, Credit/Debit, Statements, Exposure, Actions (suspend/reset) and Settings — and runs in any browser. Users never see it; it's the back office that makes your ID work.

How we use the panel for support
When a user messages “my deposit isn’t showing”, the desk opens Statements, filters today, and sees within seconds whether a credit was posted. When “login not working” comes in, Users shows whether the ID is active or suspended and why. That’s why we ask for your username first — it’s the key to every screen.
What you’ll see on each screen
The Users screen is a table: username, balance, exposure, status, last login. Credit/Debit is a two-field form (amount, note) with a confirmation step. Statements look like a bank statement with a running balance. Exposure is a single figure with a per-user breakdown. Actions are buttons next to each user. Settings is a short form. Nothing on the panel is hidden or complicated — it’s a ledger with buttons.
Step by step
Users
List of every ID under you with balance, exposure and status. Create new users here with username, password and starting credit.
Credit / Debit
Move balance to or from a user. Credit when they deposit to you; debit when you pay a withdrawal. Each entry needs a note — we use the transaction ID.
Statements
Per-user or per-dealer: bets, settlements, commission, credits, debits. Filter by date. This is where 'my balance is wrong' questions get answered in seconds.
Exposure
Total at-risk across your tree, live. If it approaches your balance, add funds or lower limits.
Actions
Suspend/activate an ID, reset a password (sets a temporary one), change per-user limits.
Settings
Your own password, share percentages (master level), and default limits for new users.
