What makes a withdrawal slow — in order
- Peak match settlement (thousands of bets settle at once; desk queue grows).
- Bank batching overnight and on Sundays.
- Wallet receiving limit hit on the user’s side — payout bounces, we re-send after you upgrade or split.
- First-withdrawal CNIC check not yet done.
- Name mismatch on the destination.
