By using our portal or WhatsApp desk you confirm you are 18 or over, will hold one ID, will deposit from and withdraw to accounts in your own name, and understand that BetPro ID Pakistan is an independent registration and support service — we create and support IDs and move money; the exchange itself sets the markets, rules and settlements.

1. Who we are

BetPro ID Pakistan operates a self-registration portal and a WhatsApp support desk that create, fund and support user, dealer and master accounts on BetPro Exchange through our master-level panel access. We are not the operator of the exchange.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter these terms. We close accounts found to belong to minors and return any balance to a verified adult account holder where possible.

3. Your account

One ID per person. Keep your password private; change it on first login. You are responsible for activity on your ID until you tell us it’s compromised, after which we can freeze it from the panel.

4. Money

Deposits are credited after we match the transaction ID and sender name to your registration.
Withdrawals go only to a wallet or bank account in your registered name, after a one-time CNIC number check.
We charge no fees for deposits or withdrawals. Payment providers may charge their own.
Amounts in open bets (exposure) cannot be withdrawn until settlement.

5. Markets and settlement

Odds, market rules, suspensions, voids and settlements are determined by the exchange. We explain them and raise genuine errors upward but do not decide them.

6. Service availability

We aim for 24/7 support and publish platform status daily. Outages of the exchange or payment providers are outside our control.

7. Closing an account

You can close your ID at any time by messaging us; we withdraw your balance and delete personal data per the privacy policy. We may close an ID for the reasons listed in the FAQ above.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.

Can you close my ID?

Yes, for under-18 use, duplicate IDs, repeated name-mismatch payments, abusive conduct toward the desk, or at your request. Any balance is returned to an account in your name.
