Your dashboard shows two different things:

• Balance — money you can stake or withdraw.
• Exposure — money currently committed to open positions.

Money in exposure is not lost and it is not spent, but it is also not yours to withdraw until those markets settle. If you request a withdrawal larger than your available balance, it cannot be processed.

So before requesting anything: look at what has settled, not what the account is worth in total.

Limits and timing {#timing}

Those medians are measured from request to money received, over last month’s payouts. A median means half arrived faster and half slower — it is not a guarantee, and a payout at 2am on a Sunday behaves differently from one at 3pm on a Tuesday.

The maximum is rarely set here. What usually binds is your own wallet’s daily receiving limit at Easypaisa or JazzCash. If you are withdrawing a large amount, mention it in advance so it can be split across days or sent by bank transfer instead of failing at the provider’s end.

The name-match rule

Payouts go only to a wallet registered in the same name as the BetPro account. There is no exception and it is not a matter of trust.

The reason is simple: it is what makes a compromised account survivable. Even if someone else got into your ID, they could not route the balance to their own number, because the payout destination is bound to your name.
