What is the BetPro app?

It is an Android application that wraps the BetPro Exchange dashboard — the same markets, the same wallet, the same BetPro ID. What the app adds over the browser is push notifications, a layout built for a phone screen, and a one-tap icon instead of a bookmark.

It is distributed as an APK: an Android install file you download and open yourself, rather than installing from a store. That word makes people nervous, and it should make you careful about the source — but an APK from the official page is exactly the same software an app store would have handed you.

Why is it not on the Play Store?

Google only allows real-money gambling apps in a short list of licensed markets, and Pakistan is not on that list. Nothing about your phone or the app causes this; it is a distribution rule.

How do you use BetPro on an iPhone?

There is no iOS app and no APK that will work — iOS cannot open an Android package, and anything advertised as a “BetPro iPhone APK” is not what it claims to be.

What works, and works well:

1. Open the dashboard in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Name it and tap Add.

You now have an icon that launches full-screen without the browser bar. It behaves very close to the Android app, and it has one genuine advantage: it is always current, because there is nothing to update.

Can you use BetPro on a PC or laptop?

Yes, with no install at all — just an updated browser.

For anything involving real money, the desktop view is worth using. The odds ladder, your exposure and your statement are all significantly easier to read on a large screen, and misreading a liability figure on a small phone screen is a genuinely expensive mistake. Many regular users place from the laptop and use the phone only to check.

Why is the BetPro app not working?

Symptom by symptom:

APK will not install — download incomplete, browser lacks install permission, or an old copy is still present. Re-download fully, grant permission, uninstall the old version.

App opens and closes immediately — clear the app cache in Settings, restart the phone, check free storage. If it persists, reinstall from the official page.

Blank or white screen after the splash — usually the network. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then force-close and reopen.

ID or password rejected in the app but fine on web — the app is holding a stale session. Clear the app’s data (this signs you out, nothing else), then sign in again.

“Please update” message — you are on an old build. Get the current file from the official page; do not look for a mirror.

Works on one phone but not another — compare Android versions. The app needs Android 7.0 or newer, and very old devices will not run it.

If web works and the app does not, the account is fine. That test is worth running before any support message, because it halves the conversation.

Can you create a BetPro ID inside the app?

No — the app signs you in, it does not open accounts. Create the ID first on the registration page or through the desk, then install the app and sign in with those details. There is no separate app account to make.

Common app mistakes
