About BetPro ID Pakistan

Who we are

BetPro ID Pakistan is a registration and support desk for BetPro Exchange, the platform also written as BPExch. We have been doing this from Lahore since 2023.

We are independent. We are not the company that operates BetPro Exchange, we do not set the odds, and your positions are not held by us. What we do is the layer between a person in Pakistan who wants an account and a platform that does not have a local front desk: we open the ID, we fix it when the login stops working, and we match the Easypaisa receipt to the right account at eleven at night.

Who runs this desk

Amir Dharala founded BetPro ID Pakistan in 2023 and still runs it day to day from Lahore. He opens accounts, handles payment matching and answers the WhatsApp line himself, and he reviews every page on this site before it is published.

That matters for a simple reason: if something here is wrong, there is a named person accountable for it rather than a brand. Corrections go to him directly on the contact page, and confirmed errors are fixed within 48 hours.

What we do

• Open BetPro IDs — free, either by helping you self-register or by creating one for you.
• Fix access problems — login failures, password resets, app installs.
• Match deposits — connect an incoming Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer to the right account.
• Release withdrawals — process payouts back to a wallet in your own name.
• Answer questions — on WhatsApp, in Urdu or English, at any hour.
• Publish these guides — and keep them current.

What we do not do

Worth being equally clear about:

• We do not run BetPro Exchange. Odds, markets and settlement are the platform’s, not ours.
• We do not place bets for anyone. Every position in an account is placed by whoever is logged into it.
• We do not hold your money as a deposit-taker. Funds sit in your exchange wallet.
• We do not sell tips or predictions. Anyone promising guaranteed outcomes is selling something that does not exist.
• We do not message you first. If a conversation with “us” started with our message to you, it was not us.

How we earn

The desk earns a share of the exchange commission generated by the accounts it supports. Commission is charged on winnings, on the exchange side.

That is the whole model, and it explains the things people ask about: setup is free because we are not paid for setup, password resets are free because we are not paid for those either, and we have no reason to want your account to fail — an account that stops being used generates nothing.

The desk {#how-we-check}

Three roles, all hands-on:

Registration desk — opens and activates IDs, handles password resets and app installs. Writes the ID, login, security and app pages.

Payments desk — matches deposits by transaction ID and sender name, releases payouts, and recalculates the payout medians every month. Writes the deposit and withdrawal pages.

Guides editor — uses the exchange daily, writes the how-it-works pages, and re-checks every number on the site before publication.

How we check the facts on this site

Every page carries a “last updated” date, and that date means something specific: it is when the figures on that page were last re-checked, not when a word was last changed.

• Deposit and withdrawal minimums are confirmed against live transactions.
• Payout times are recalculated monthly from that month’s actual payouts. We do not publish payout-time averages, because we will not put a number in front of you that you cannot check.
• App details — file size, Android version, install behaviour — are checked on a real handset after each release.
• Anything we cannot verify, we do not publish. If a number is an estimate, the page says so.

If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us on the contact page. We correct confirmed errors within 48 hours and update the date when we do.

How to tell it is really us

Impersonation is the one genuine risk in this line of work, so here is the test:

• We never message first. You contact us.
• We never ask for a PIN, an OTP or a password. Not to reset an account, not to release a payout, not for any reason.
• We never charge a fee to unlock an account. Recovery is free.
• We publish one number, on the contact page. Save it. Use only that one.
• We never ask for remote access to your phone or screen.

If a message claiming to be us does any of those things, it is not. Do not argue with it in that thread — open your saved number and ask there.
