1. Outdated build (most likely)

Open the app’s menu or “About” and compare the version to the latest version page. If it’s older — or you can’t get far enough to see it — uninstall and reinstall the current APK using the install steps. This fixes about 70% of “not opening” reports we receive.

2. Clear cache

Android Settings → Apps → BetPro → Storage → Clear cache (not “Clear data”, which just logs you out). Reopen.

3. Network filtering

4. Storage

The app needs free space to cache odds. Below ~300 MB free, it can fail to launch. Delete a few videos, reopen.

5. Date and time

An incorrect phone clock breaks the secure connection. Settings → System → Date & time → Automatic.

6. Permissions

The app needs network access and, on some builds, storage. Settings → Apps → BetPro → Permissions → allow. If you use a battery-saver app that “freezes” background apps, whitelist BetPro.

7. Platform outage

Check the status page. Outages are rare and short; nothing to fix on your side.
