BetPro Forgot Password? How the Reset Actually Works
BetPro forgot password — the fix is a panel reset, not a button. BetPro Exchange has no self-service password reset — no email link, no SMS code. A reset is done from the dealer or master panel that created your ID. With us: message WhatsApp from your registered mobile number, confirm your username and last deposit, and we set a temporary password within minutes. Then change it yourself on first login.

Why there’s no reset button
BetPro Exchange is built around a dealer hierarchy. User accounts are created and managed from the panel above them, and password management lives there too. The upside is that a reset never depends on an email you may not have access to; the downside is that you depend on whoever created your ID being reachable. That is one of the strongest reasons to get your ID from a desk that answers 24/7 — and to change the password so only you know it.

After the reset
- Log in with the temporary password.
- Change it immediately.
- If you saw bets or withdrawals you didn’t make, tell us — we can freeze the ID and check the statement from the panel.
Step by step
Message us from your registered number
Open WhatsApp from the number you registered with and send: your BetPro username + 'password reset'. Messages from a different number are not accepted — that rule protects your balance.
Confirm one recent transaction
We'll ask for the amount and method of your last deposit or withdrawal (e.g. 'PKR 1,500 Easypaisa on 3 Sept'). This is how we know it's you without ever asking for your old password.
Receive a temporary password
We reset the password from the master panel and send a temporary one. Log in at the official link.
Set your own password
Go to Settings → Change password and set a new one only you know. Steps with screenshots: change your BetPro password.
