BetPro Dashboard Explained: Balance, Exposure, Bets and Statement
After login, BetPro shows two numbers at the top: Balance (money free to bet or withdraw) and Exposure (money locked in your open bets — the most you can lose on them). The main menu lists sports, in-play, casino, open bets, the account statement and settings. Everything you'll actually use is in five screens, covered below.
- Balance = available funds. Exposure = at-risk funds in unsettled bets. Total = balance + exposure.
- Open bets: unmatched bets can be cancelled; matched bets cannot.
- Statement: every deposit, withdrawal and settled bet with a running balance.
- Settings: change password, view profile. There is no self-service deposit inside BetPro — that's done via our portal.
Reading a settled bet in the statement
A typical statement line reads: Cricket › Pakistan v India › Match Odds › Back Pakistan @ 1.85, stake 1,000 → +850. That’s: sport, event, market, your side and price, stake, and the result. Commission is shown as a separate line per market on net winnings (commission explained).
Reconciling with your portal
Your portal history shows deposits and withdrawals; the BetPro statement shows the same plus bets. Once a month, check that every deposit on the portal appears on the statement. If one doesn’t, see deposit not received.
Things the dashboard won’t do
- Deposit or withdraw money (use the portal).
- Reset a forgotten password (how it works).
- Show odds history — take a screenshot if you need a record.
Step by step
Header: Balance and Exposure
Balance is what you can bet with or withdraw right now. Exposure is the worst-case loss across your open bets; it returns to balance as bets settle.
Sports menu and in-play
Cricket, football, tennis and more. 'In-Play' lists live matches. Tap a match to see back (blue) and lay (pink) prices — explained in back and lay.
Bet slip
Tap a price, enter a stake, review 'Profit' (for back) or 'Liability' (for lay), then place. Unmatched bets sit waiting for a counter-party and can be cancelled.
Open bets and statement
'My Bets' shows matched and unmatched bets. 'Account Statement' shows deposits, withdrawals and settlements with a running balance — use it to reconcile against your portal history.
Settings
Change password (do it on first login), view profile. Deposits and withdrawals are not done here — use our portal or WhatsApp.
