BetPro Deposit Not Received or Not Showing: What to Do
If your deposit hasn't shown in BetPro after 15 minutes, do not send again. The cause is one of five: the sender name doesn't match your registration, the transaction ID was typed wrong, the receiving account changed since you copied it, the bank is batching an IBFT transfer, or the money went to a number that isn't ours. Send us your username, the TID and a screenshot on WhatsApp and the desk traces it — most are credited within the hour.
- Wait 15 minutes for wallets, 2 hours for IBFT before reporting.
- Never send a second time 'to be safe'.
- What we need: username + transaction ID + screenshot of the confirmation.
- Name-mismatch deposits are credited after you confirm ownership — not lost.
- Money sent to a number not shown in the portal cannot be recovered by us; report to your wallet provider immediately.
The five causes and how each is resolved

What to send us
- Your BetPro username.
- The transaction ID exactly as shown in your wallet or bank.
- A screenshot of the confirmation (amount, number, time).
That’s it. No CNIC photo, no extra payment. The desk replies with the status — credited, held pending your confirmation, or not found (in which case we’ll help you check where it went).
Why “don’t send again” matters
Duplicate deposits create two transactions to reconcile and, if the first was held for a name mismatch, two holds. Both get credited eventually, but it doubles the wait. One TID, one report, one reply.
