Easypaisa limits you should know
Easypaisa applies its own daily and monthly send limits by account level. If your transfer fails in the Easypaisa app with a limit error, upgrade the account (biometric verification at any Easypaisa shop or in-app) — it’s a one-time step and also raises your withdrawal receiving limit.
Why we say “your own account”
The match is on sender name. Your own account → instant. Shop/agent → the agent’s name → manual check. Friend’s account → their name → manual check and a mismatch record on your ID. Two mismatches and the ID gets suspended (why).

Step by step
Get the receiving number from the portal
Portal → Deposit → Easypaisa. Copy the number shown. It can change — always take it from the portal.
Send money in the Easypaisa app
Easypaisa app → Send Money → Easypaisa Account → paste the number → amount (≥ PKR 500) → confirm with your PIN.
Copy the transaction ID
From the confirmation screen or SMS: the TID (e.g. 12 digits). Screenshot it.
Submit on the portal
