BetPro Exchange ID Suspended or Blocked: Why It Happens and How to Fix It
A BetPro exchange ID suspended message is reversible — the balance is not lost. A BetPro ID is suspended from the dealer or master panel, not by an automated system, and your balance is not lost. The five common triggers are a deposit from a wallet in someone else's name, a second ID funded from the same wallet, 60+ days of inactivity, a disputed deposit, and signs the ID is being shared. Message us with your username; we can see the reason in the panel and restore most IDs within the hour.
- Suspension is manual, from the panel. Balance stays in the account.

What to send us
Your username and, if you know it, what happened just before the block (a deposit, a long gap, a new phone). We look up the ID in the panel and reply with the cause and the fix. Nothing else is needed — no payment, no CNIC photo.
Preventing it
- Deposit only from a wallet in your own name (requirements).
- One person, one ID.
- Log in at least once a month, even without betting.
- Don’t share your login — even with family.
